What the programme covers:
The SIY curriculum is built around three interconnected areas- mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and leadership. In practice, that means:
Attention training: building focus, presence, and mental clarity
Self-awareness: understanding your own emotions, habits, and patterns
Self-management: staying grounded under pressure and responding rather than reacting
Empathy: tuning into others and communicating with greater connection
Compassion: moving from understanding to action; leading with genuine care
Leadership presence: influencing with confidence and navigating difficult conversations well
The programme is roughly one-third content and two-thirds experiential, which means you practise these skills in the room, not just learn about them.
Developed at Google and grounded in neuroscience, the Search Inside Yourself (SIY) Leadership Development Programme is one of the world's most respected emotional intelligence programmes. I am a certified SIY facilitator, one of a select group globally trained to deliver this programme.
SIY builds the skills that modern leaders need most: self-awareness, empathy, resilience, motivation and the ability to lead with both clarity and compassion.

Coaching is not therapy. It's not mentoring. And in my view, it shouldn't go on indefinitely. I work with senior executives, HR professionals, and anyone navigating the complexities of work and life, helping you get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way. My job is to give you the tools, the clarity, and the confidence to take charge of your own challenges. If you no longer need me, I've done my job well.
How it works: Sessions are one hour each, delivered in person in Dubai or online. Most clients find that three to five sessions are enough to create meaningful, lasting change, though I'm always here if you need a top-up down the line.
